The deck is large and is ideal for entertaining – it has an outdoor setting for six people and a BBQ. There is also a canvas basket chair. To the side there is another private deck with table and chair setting, open air hot and cold shower, spa and an outside toilet.

The unit has a large combined living, dining and kitchen room with slider door access to the covered deck which runs the whole width of the unit.The
lounge includes leather sofas, TV, DVD and Foxtel as well as a surround sound audio theatre system and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The living area and Bedrooms 1 and 2 have ceiling fans.

Large room featuring a queen size bed and room for a travel cot. (which can be supplied if necessary) Other features include a desk, wardrobe, storage unit and an LCD flat screen TV and DVD player.

Downstairs the bedroom has twin beds and hanging space for clothes as well as a chest of drawers. This room has views to the ocean.

that are environmentally friendly.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and to a high standard. It includes microwave, dishwasher and an electric oven and stovetop, a large fridge and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, glassware and crockery.
Laundry, sheets and fluffy towels will all be provided.
