Bookings can only be secured when the initial deposit is received via Electrnoic Funds Transfer. Please fill out an enquiry form and state if you would like bank account details supplied.

A confirmation receipt will then be emailed to you along with additional information.

booking and cancellation policy

Confirmation via Electronic Funds Transfer is required to secure a booking.
Prices include GST and are valid for bookings until 30 June 2011.
A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the agreed tariff is required to secure the booking. The lodging of a deposit/tariff indicates that you have read and are in agreement with our standard terms and conditions below.

A security bond of $300- is payable at the same time as the final payment amount. The bond is easiest secured by Electronic Funds Transfer. The bond is designed to prevent any damage to the property. It is there also to cover any additional costs incurred including, but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc

Cancellation if made by the client: money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $200 cancellation administration fee will apply. The balance of tariff is payable at least 7 days prior to arrival. Access codes and additional information will not be supplied until the final payment has been made. This can take up to 2 business days to show on the account.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.
We appreciate most guests will respect our property but to prevent problems we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Penalty fees of $200 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this agreement will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:30am at the latest, to allow time to prepare Dinjalla for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of access to the property and loss of bond.

We maintain a strict 'NO PETS POLICY'. To protect our wildlife pets are not allowed. Any breach of this condition will result in automatic loss of bond and recovery of any costs for damage incurred.

Loss - The owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

For the benefit of future guests the accommodation is NON SMOKING.
Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 10.30am.
Access to keys and the property is provided on the final confirmation notice. Please see the appropriate Word attachments with your email. Any other information can be obtained by liaising with our Caretaker ~
